The dialog is mostly atrocious in this game, never poking fun at anything, never trying to have laugh. It's painful, and sad each character couldn't have their own unique set of dislikes and likes like Fallout 4 companions IE. Because every single one of them has to be some self righteous plain Jane that always objects to you objecting to something. As to try not to offend anyone which leads into boring characters, and companions feeling like robots. ![]() I will go over spoilers *warning*.įirst the story in this game is completely uninspiring, and boring. This is far the most disappointing release **** since Fallout 4, and Fallout 76. There’s no way this game deserves a failing grade, even if it isn’t perfect.Īll told, Starfield is a major hit with critics and it seems gamers are having a blast as well, though there are no user reviews on Metacritic or Steam yet.After spending 120 hours in this game, and immersing my self in all of its content. A truly ridiculous 5/10 from Paste Magazine appears to have been excluded from Metacritic’s tally, which is for the best. These averages are dragged down by some surprising 7/10 scores from-of all places- IGN and GameSpot. The game is currently rocking a very respectable 87/100 on Metacritic for Xbox Series X and 88/100 on PC. Yes, Bethesda doesn’t match some of its peers in many places, but in part that’s because it’s trying to do everything, all at once.
